Saucy Chicken
This recipe is real good because it's a one pot wonder, so you can make all of it ahead of time and put in the oven when you're ready!
9x13 pan
Tin Foil
Frying Pan
Preheat oven to 350'F
Sauce:
6 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Beef bullion (1 cube dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
Milk
Water
So you melt the butter in the frying pan then add the flour before the butter burns. This is called a rue. Once you have mixed in the flour nicely add the beef bullion and whisk to get all the lumps out. At this point turn your burner off! Add a little milk to make it creamy then add more water if you need it.
You want this sauce to be creamy, not too thick and not too runny but just in the middle.
For spices add:
Garlic Pepper Salt
Cracked Pepper
Mix these in when you have accomplished the other steps. Add to taste!
The chicken, place in the 9x13 pan spaced evenly, then pour the sauce on top covering the chicken. Then sprinkle rosemary on top for a little extra. Cover with the tin foil and place in oven for 1 hour.

Warm Brownie Pudding
Before I start with this recipe let me just say, when you eat this it will make you weak in the knees and second guess your love interest.
So here goes:
Serves 10-12
Preheat oven to 350'F
You need two 9x9 square pans
1 pkg white cake mix
1/2 cup Veggie Oil
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 1/3 cup Boiling Water
Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, 1/4 cup water. Mix well so there are no lumps. In a separate bowl combine the brown sugar and cocoa powder finely so that the brown sugar does not lump up. Spread the brownie mixture in the pans evenly. Then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over top of each evenly. Then pour the boiling water over each pan evenly. Bake for 23min or until set.
